Our Fantastic Cheerleaders were Chosen to perform at the halftime and pre game of The Scottish Football Final, we had a great day!

Congratulations to Stephanie Ramsay, Michelle Laverty and Lucy Kerr who were chosen from over 400 hopefuls to gain a place in the Glasgow Kings Panto this Christmas.

Also to Megan Houghton and Robyn Black who at only 9 years old braved two tough rounds of Auditions to gain a place at the Glasgow Pavilion for the 2009 Christmas Season.

We are all so proud of all our talented Dancers who auditioned!

CDC Senior Dance Team where picked to represent Scotland at the first ever International Cheer Union worldwide Championships in World Wide World of Sports Complex in Disneyworld.  National Teams from all over the world were represented and CDC earned Scotland a very respected place of the 7th in the World.

We also won a bid to compete at the USASF Dance Worlds in Epcot, Disney World where we also finished in 7th place.

Well done to the whole team for their amazing performances in Pom, Hip Hop, cheer dance and Jazz- National Champions again!

Well done CDC! Scotcheer 2 was a huge success with 13 1st places! Champions in every division entered, level 2 youth, level 3 & 5 senior, junior & senior hip hop, junior and senior cheer dance and all team dance divisions! Also congratulations to Lucy & Rachel Kerr,- junior cheer duet champions and Michelle Laverty & Nicole Buckley-Youth dance duet champions!

CDC is the first Scottish Team to ever sit the USASF athlete credentialing program, a huge well done to all seniors who passed the exams a couple of months ago. 

Junior/peewee Credentialing will take place on Saturday 6th December.

As you are all aware we now have the new website up and running, I think you will all agree it looks great just one thing missing????  A club logo.

Well girls this is where you come in, we need a logo designed for the website. 

We would like to run this as a competition, so if you could draw up your design and hand it into one of the fundraising committee. 

The winning logo will win a prize and also have their design on the home page of the new website, hopefully this will get all of those creative minds working a little overtime.
